MONTEREY, CA  – Teleperformance, the parent company of LanguageLine Solutions, has officially completed its acquisition of ZP Better Together, a pioneering provider of language solutions and technology for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities in North America.

ZP Better Together is a recognized leader in Video Relay Services (VRS) and other accessible communication solutions, empowering individuals through innovative technology and inclusive services.

“By joining forces with Teleperformance, we intend to leverage our combined expertise and resources to serve more people in more places—ensuring no one gets left behind,” said Sherri Turpin, CEO of ZP Better Together.

This acquisition strategically enhances LanguageLine’s existing suite of accessibility services, which already provides on-demand interpretation, captioning, and assistive solutions for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and visually impaired individuals. With ZP Better Together’s expertise in VRS, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART), LanguageLine will expand its ability to offer seamless, real-time communication access across more settings, including healthcare, business, government, and education.

The partnership reinforces Teleperformance’s commitment to inclusive communication, ensuring that every conversation—whether spoken, signed, written, or read aloud—remains clear, accessible, and impactful. By uniting Teleperformance, LanguageLine Solutions, and ZP Better Together, this collaboration will further bridge language and accessibility gaps worldwide.
