A dedicated partner, we will work with you as trusted advisors. Our Account Managers and Implementation teams work with end-users across all areas prior-to, and throughout a contract, to ensure that all staff – including new starters - are aware of the services that are available, and that the right service is used for each situation. The team will also work throughout the contract to identify areas where further service innovations can be introduced: this could be as and when requirements change and evolve or as industry developments emerge.
Our operational delivery teams include dedicated staff assigned to manage bookings for distinct teams and locations. This guarantees that all requests can be accommodated, irrespective of the number and geographical spread of service locations, even at short notice.
Anticipating Trends
Our Language Resources team operates a continuous Horizon Scanning Programme, to identify, analyse and prepare for demographic shifts and the subsequent language requirement changes that accompany these at international, national and regional levels. At a detailed level, this again includes consulting with specific clients to discuss programmes, events and strategies at a local level which could impact requirements. This strategy keeps us ahead of the curve, ensures that interpreters and translators are always available, and that even rare language requests can be accommodated.
Intuitive Reporting
The approach we take to reporting means that we keep our customers informed and in control of their account at all times. Our advanced management systems deliver transparent, insightful, and intuitive self-serve reporting. Meanwhile, our Account Managers work closely with customers to analyse data and usage patterns per location to allow for the efficient and optimal application of services across each customer estate.
